Who are you?
I’m Norelle Hentschel, Naturopath
What are your qualifications?
I hold an undergraduate Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) from Endeavour College of Natural Health and in 2025 I completed a post graduate Master of Advanced Naturopathic Medicine from Southern Cross University.
I am a professional member of the Australian Naturopathic Practitioners Association (ANPA) which requires me to hold all appropriate insurances and complete annual professional development education to ensure my care aligns with current best practice.
I have been in continuous clinical practice since 2015 supporting thousands of clients with their health goals.

How much does an appointment cost?
Consultation fees are transparent and available before booking. Fees are for consults only. Any products purchased from the dispensary are an additional cost.
The current consultation fees can be found on the Book a consult page. Naturopathy is not covered by Medicare. Some private health insurance funds offer rebates for Naturopathy. Check with your fund for details.
If you want more information before booking I also offer a free Discovery Call.
How long will an appointment take?
Initial appointments are 60 minutes and follow up appointments are 30 minutes.
Do you offer Telehealth appointments?
Yes, my clinic is 100% online and I offer Telehealth (or phone) appointments for clients in Australia only. For more details on how this works head to the Online consults page.
** Due to insurance restrictions I can’t consult with people outside of Australia.
Can I get a Private Health Fund rebate?
Some Private Health Funds may offer rebates for Naturopathy. Check your specific circumstances with your health fund.
Do you bulk bill under Medicare?
No, Naturopathy is not currently included in Medicare.
How many appointments will I need?
That depends on your condition. Acute conditions (like colds and flu) may only require 1 or 2 appointments. Chronic conditions may require
What payment options do you accept?
For Telehealth appointments payment is made online as part of the booking process using the secure Stripe payment gateway.We do not store your credit card details.
We can also issue invoices for you to pay by direct deposit to our bank account. Payment for consultations must be made prior to the appointment.
We do not offer payment plans.

What services do you offer?
I offer naturopathy consultations which may include herbal medicine, nutritional supplemenation, diet and lifesyle recommendations. I do not offer homeopathy, massage or energy healing as I have not been trained in those modalities. I do not treat pets or animals.
Due to insurance and safety considerations I cannot provide specific health advice without a consultation.
What conditions do you treat?
The bulk of my clinical prractice is supporting people with digestive health issues and chronic skin conditions like acne, eczema, roasacea and psoriasis.
I also have experience with female health issues, immune support and sleep issues.

Do you treat animals?
No, I am not trained in the treatment of animals. Many herbal medicines and nutritional supplements are not safe for animals so I recommend working with a Vet who is qualified in this area.
Do you use medicinal cannabis?
No, medicinal cannabis is a restricted substance and it is not legal for Naturopaths or herbalists in Australia to prescribe it. You may be able to access it via your GP.
I've been prescribed supplements/herbs from another Naturopath. Can I buy them from you?
No, due to licensing restrictions I can only dispense liquid herbs after doing a consultation. Please contact me to discuss the options.
